Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Important: All returns require prior authorization from our customer support team. Returns sent without approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

  • Personal care products

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer

How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Full refund

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days:

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrectly shipped

For size changes, style changes, or other exchange requests, customers may be asked to place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our return policy.
