All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers throughout the United States and selected international destinations.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

United States

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 Business Days

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

However, we will gladly assist customers in locating delayed shipments.

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Delays caused by weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

After review, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Split Shipments

In some cases, products from the same order may ship separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once processing or shipment has begun, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
